Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a capable marketing department covering brand, digital, trade, and research.
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s business priorities and product roadmap.
  • Strengthen Morano’s brand identity and ensure unified communication across packaging, advertising, retail, and online channels.
  • Oversee creative development, campaign execution, and cross-channel rollouts (TV, digital, activations, CSR).
  • Drive growth in digital visibility, e-commerce performance, and social media engagement.
  • Support sales through trade marketing initiatives, retail activations, and in-store visibility.
  • Introduce data-driven decision-making through dashboards and performance tracking tools.
  • Represent the brand in major exhibitions and coordinate with export and domestic sales teams on promotional strategy.

Requirments:

  • 10–15 years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in FMCG, textiles, or lifestyle consumer brands.
  • Proven success in building and managing teams, developing integrated campaigns, and growing brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of both Egyptian and regional markets with experience in brand positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Balanced mix of creativity and business acumen — can move seamlessly from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Data-oriented thinker with solid command of digital performance metrics and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate across departments and manage agencies effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with strong storytelling ability.

Success Metrics:

  • Establishment of a structured and high-performing marketing department within 12 months.
  • Consistent brand tone and visual identity across all internal and external channels, especially offline activations.
  • Noticeable uplift in brand awareness and engagement, supported by measurable campaign results.
  • Increased contribution of e-commerce and modern trade to total sales.
  • Clear and regular reporting of marketing KPIs and ROI to the CEO and Board.
