Job Duties and Major Responsibilities:

  1. Contact and qualify potential customers.
  2. Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  3. Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to reach sales targets.
  5. Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  6. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  7. Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and maintain close ties with other departments.
  8. Conduct 75-100 cold calls per day with 50% efficiency.
  9. Conduct 1-2 orientation/broker visits per day.
  10. Engage in social media activity; share ads and raise awareness.
