Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer Team Leader . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SolidWorks and experience in engineering industries, particularly in die casting or plastic manufacturing. This role involves leading design projects, ensuring precision in product dimensions, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design & Modeling:

• Measure and create technical drawings for new products.
• Develop 3D models for mold design using SolidWorks.
• Oversee the tools and molds used in production.
• Prepare spare parts for the production line.
• Manufacture new spare parts when required.

✅ Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Have a full understanding of emergency plans.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Design specialization).

💡 Knowledge & Training:

• Proficient in design software, especially SolidWorks.

📌 Experience:

• 4 to 5 years in a relevant field.
