We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of a fast-growing QSR / fast food business.

The role requires strong financial leadership, deep understanding of multi-branch operations, and the ability to support expansion and franchising plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and cost control across multiple branches.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and the financial impact of labor law.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial parties.

  • Supervise and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.

  • Support financial planning for business expansion and franchising initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within QSR or fast food chains.

  • CMA or CPA certification (preferred).

  • Advanced Financial Analysis certification is a plus.

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and ERP/accounting systems.

  • Proven experience managing multi-branch operations.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high integrity and confidentiality.
