We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of a fast-growing QSR / fast food business.
The role requires strong financial leadership, deep understanding of multi-branch operations, and the ability to support expansion and franchising plans.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and cost control across multiple branches.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and the financial impact of labor law.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial parties.

Supervise and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.

Support financial planning for business expansion and franchising initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within QSR or fast food chains.

CMA or CPA certification (preferred).

Advanced Financial Analysis certification is a plus.

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and ERP/accounting systems.

Proven experience managing multi-branch operations.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
