Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for the tableware factory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tableware and hospitality sectors, both regionally and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors to maximize profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the tableware, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
