Quality Team Leader – Mechanical Engineer

We are hiring for one of Egypt’s leading pressure die-casting manufacturers and seeking an experienced Quality Team Leader with a mechanical engineering background to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Set quality management objectives and implement quality assurance systems.
✅ Inspect production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
✅ Classify operational defects at Gest and United.
✅ Collect and analyze production data for reporting.
✅ Follow up on customer complaints and ensure effective resolutions.
✅ Monitor the LG department.
✅ Review and analyze customer technical drawings.
✅ Supervise and guide the quality department staff.
✅ Drive product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Conduct client visits to troubleshoot operational issues.
✅ Review and oversee internal training plans for employees.
✅ Evaluate and improve internal audit plans for departments.
✅ Ensure compliance with ISO certification requirements.
✅ Develop and execute internal audit plans with regular reporting.
✅ Coordinate inventory committees with quality team members.

Requirements:
✔ 5 to 7 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
✔ Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lead Auditor certification.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & statistical analysis methods.
✔ Strong command of English (written & spoken).
✔ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
