  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted digital initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
  • SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic to the company’s digital assets.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the group’s social media presence, fostering engagement and interaction with the community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, communication and sales teams, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate the group’s digital marketing practices.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
